He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vincent Narusevicius, Barbara Ann Proctor and Cindy-Lee Howe. He is survived by: his significant other Tabitha Howe; his child Kerissa Proctor; his parent Vida (Brian); his sister Melissa Proctor (Brent); and his grandfather Alvin Proctor (Barb). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, co-workers and friends.
