He was predeceased by: his spouse Lynn Gray; his parents, Robert Gray and Margaret Gray; and his parents-in-law, Burke and Geraldine Stannard.

He is survived by: his children, Adam, Dennis (Lisa) and Carolyn (Jordan); his grandchildren, Taylor, Ryan and Julia; and his siblings, Rob Gray (Sue) and Mary Young (late Sam).
