He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret Schnurr (Long); his parents, Bernard Schnurr and Catherine Schnurr; his siblings-in-law, Mike McLean, Ervin Wagler, Marvin Ernest, Doug Whittington and Kay Long (Len); and his parents-in-law, Kelly and Jessie Long.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Pritchard (Don) of Walkerton, Sherri Ray (Barry) of Minesing, Wanda Meyer (Wayne) of Kincardine, MaryBeth Farrar (Brad) of Barrie and Tracey Hammell (Kevin) of Walkerton; his grandchildren, Justin (Amy), Katy, Emily, Jaymie (Ben) and Jessica (Scott); his great grandchildren, Harrison, Weston, Charlie, Chase, Connor and Olivia; his siblings, Joan Vogt (Glen), Grace Wagler, Fran Whittington and Judith Ernest; and his siblings-in-law, Helen McLean, Harriet Kraemer (Peter) and Gayle Schnurr (John).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Alzheimer's Society Grey-Bruce or Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
