She was predeceased by: her spouse Orville F. Stokes; her siblings, Edna Reading-Rogala, Irene Grimwood, June Aldrey, Shirley Henderson, Earl, Robert and Kenneth; and her parents, Clarence Strawn and Rose Strawn (Kent).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Stokes (Marilou), Linda Shedden (Gerald Maney) and Jim Stokes (Sandra); her grandchildren, Daniel Stokes (Peggy), Sandie Kares (Ted), James Stokes (Stephanie) and Andrew Stokes (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Brooke Kares, Layne Kares, Nicholas Stokes and Caroline Stokes.
