He was predeceased by: his parents, John Csuka and Stella Csuka. He is survived by: his spouse Clare; his children, Beth Fulbrook (Tim) and John Csuka (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Carlie (Mike), Mike (Cassie), Madison (Teagan), Max (Madison) and Sam; his great grandchildren, Blayke, Nevaeh, Jack, Ben Leo and Willow; and his sister Irene Cook (late George).
Due to Covid restrictions, attendance will be monitored, and face masks are required.
