He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Vandoodewaard and Cornelius Roelofsen; his spouse Willy (Meeboer); his children, Laurie, Andy Vanvliet, Jason, Nicole Roelofsen, Wesley, Rachelle Roelofsen, Bradley, Jacquie Roelofsen, Raymond, Sonia Roelofsen, Rachel and Bryan Kiers; and his siblings, Dorothy (Andy Veenstra), Klaas (Jo), Betty (Dave Nelson), Helena and Bert Vermeulen.
