Peter Friesen Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Friesen (Vineland, Ontario), who passed away on April 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Sawatsky and Harry Friesen; his wife Lois; and his parents, Peter Friesen and Helena Friesen (Penner).

He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Teichgraf (George) and Pamala Friesen; his grandsons, Eric Teichgraf (Jennifer) and Brian Teichgraf (Julie); his great grandchildren, Brendan and Cullen; his friend Marion McMullen; his sisters, Erna Werner (late George), Katherine Cronk (Richard) and Betty Stafford (late Ken); and his sisters-in-law, Myrna Friesen (late Harry) and Eleanor Duncanson (late Ben). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be no visitation and a private graveside service will be held.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) or the United Mennonite Home.
