He is survived by: his wife Renée; his daughters, Vivienne, Lyla and Molly; his parents, Karen Kemp (Wally) and Henry Kubik (Liz); his brother Shane Kubik; his nephews, Sam and Jake; his mother-in-law Marianne Allan (Dave); his sister-in-law Brandy Hillyard; his brother Trevor Toth (Crystal); his nephews, Trent and Owen; and also, Sarah Bigger, Jimmy, Emma and Lauren. He is also survived by extended family and so many close friends.
All Provincial COVID protocols will be in place including the wearing of masks at all times.
