He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Bissell and Betty Bissell (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Barbara Betts (Daryl) and Christine Gay (Jim); his grandchildren, Stephen (Angie), Mitchell, Ashleigh, Lauren (Brendan), Rebecca, Matthew and Sophie; his great grandchildren, David, Jonathan, Claire, Joshua and Madison; and his brother Bob Bissell (Bonnie).
