He was predeceased by: his spouse Siena Breukelman (Jan). He is survived by: his children, Henry Breukelman, Dianne, Louis Rottier, Sonja, Charlie DeBoer, John Breukelman, Albert, Emily Breukelman, Betty Breukelman, Bernie, Karen Breukelman, Ron, Gail Breukelman, Herman and Mary Breukelman. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and great Opa 40 great grandchildren.
