With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Blum (Vineland, Ontario), who passed away on May 22, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Blum; her daughter Rosemary Dobbs; and her siblings, Tina Neufeld, Betty Schnierle and Jake Wiens.
She is survived by: her children, Elfriede Lakeit (Rick), Elisabeth Link (Daryl) and Rev. John Blum (Pat); her grandchildren, Christopher Dobbs, Kevin Dobbs (Jessica), Justine Lakeit (Scott Henry), Stephanie HalI (Steven), Ricky Lakeit (Robin), Jaclyn Neufeld (Eric), Craig, Spencer Alder, Anna-Lisa Rice (Brett), Emily Blum, Oma, Hudson, Greyson, Willa, Owen, Archer, Parker, Wyatt and Kaitlin; and her sister Mary Willms.
A private internment will take place and due to COVID restrictions the family will hold a Celebration of Life at a future date.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Community Living Welland Pelham or Toronto Sick Kids.
