He is survived by: his spouse Diana; his children, Ron (Shirley), Sandra Simons (Iain), Andrew (Laura) and Carolyn Wyatt (Doug); and his siblings, William Eikelenboom (Jenny) and Mary Termorshuizen (Martin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
