He was predeceased by: his daughter Debbie; and his parents, John Dicker and Marjorie Dicker. He is survived by: his spouse Heather; his children, Kim and Tina (Rob); his grandchildren, James, Jason, Joshua and Jacob; his sister Joan (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Katherine (Art), Karen (Glen) and Marilyn (Bill). He is also survived by his nieces, nephew and many wonderful friends.
