He was predeceased by: his stepmother Vera Durham (Cull) of Oakville, Ontario.; and his parents, Dr. Lloyd M. Durham and Doris P. Durham (Walters). He is survived by: his friend Wendy A. Burgess of Welland, Ontario.; and his brother Garry J. Durham (Juliana) of British Columbia. He is also survived by nephews, great nephews, cousins, as well as countless friends.
