She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; and her siblings, Nick Friesen, Edward Friesen and Leona Lauder. She is survived by: her children, Barbara and Leonard (Diana); her siblings, Walter Friesen (Bette) and Martha Boldt (Jake); and her sister-in-law Beverly Friesen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
