With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Francis Arbour of Victoria Harbour, Ontario, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane (Willock); his children, Michele (Alfie), Mark (Kathy), Michael and Maureen; his grandchildren, Sarah, Laura, Stephanie, Melissa and Christian; his siblings-in-law, Joyce and Bob Sajan; and his parents, Henry Arbour and Fleurette Arbour. He was also cherished by his sons, daughters & friends.
