He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Kramer; his parents, Maria and Joao; his siblings, Lidia (Michael Vanderhorst), Sergio Goncalves (Enza) and Sandy (late Robert Filippazzo); and his nieces and nephews, Johnny (Ashley), Nicholas, Matthew, Amanda, Christian, Isabella, Alexander, Daniel, Joseph and Adam. He is also survived by his extended family, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to either the World Wildlife Fund, the Kidney Foundation , or CAMH.
