We bid farewell to Pietro Vani (Vaughan, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 22, 2025 at the age of 89. Pietro touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Iris; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Mitchell; his siblings, Elena (late Donato), Domenico (Giuseppina), Angela (late Mario), Vincenzo and Alberto (Maria); and his siblings-in-law, Assunta (Franco), Arnaldo (late Agatha) and Madelena (Antonio).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Padre Pio Parish (5500 Major MacKenzie Dr., Kleinburg, ON L0J1C0).
If so desired, donations in memory of Pietro may be made to the Odette Center and Mackenzie Health.
