He was predeceased by: his mother Concetta Botticchio. He is survived by: his father Franco Botticchio; his siblings, Roberto (late Serafina), Sandra (late Pompeo), Carmine (Giuseppina), Maria (late Sandro) and Tonino (Gianna); his wife Ida; his children, Tiziana (Joseph) and Gianpaolo; and his grandson Gabriel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pasquale's name to Sinai Health Foundation.
