It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthias Biricz (Vaughan, Ontario), who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Hildegard; his siblings, Johana and Lorenz; and his mother Barbara. He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Laura) and Stephen (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tyler, Paige, Dylan, Owen, Justin and Ryan; his sisters, Mary and Eva; his brother-in-law Frank; and his aunt Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB.ca), the Canadian Cancer Society (cancer.ca) or charity of your choice.
