With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Rosa Chiummiento (Vaughan, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michele; and her parents, Vincenzo and Antonia. She is survived by: her siblings, Canio, Antonio, Michele and Rosa; her daughters, Filomena and Antonia; her sons-in-law, Rick and Palmiero; her grandchildren, Mark, Adam, Jean-Luc, Sarah and Isabelle; and her great grandchildren, Martina and Rocco. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Roch's Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islington Ave, North York, ON M9L2T3).

If so desired, donations in memory of Maria Rosa may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
