She was predeceased by: her father Raffaele. She is survived by: her mother Giovanna; her children, Michiele (Melissa), Daniela Lorca (Javier) and Marco (Randi); her grandchildren, Santina, Gabriella, Antonia and Nicola; her brother Anthony Nesci (Fatima); her nieces, Alexandra and Olivia (Anthony); and her nephew Raffaele.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6).

If so desired, donations in memory of Maria may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
