We bid farewell to Lidia Gallo (Vaughan, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2024 at the age of 80. Lidia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Francesco; her children, Daniela (Pat), Marcello (Erin), Sabrina (Carlo) and Sonia (Anthony); her grandchildren, Cristian, Matteo, Finn, Liam, Emily, Madelyn, Lucas, Leo and Olivia; and her parents, Maria Granieri and Luigi Castiglione. She was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and the many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "maple Chapel" (211 McNaughton Rd E, Maple, ON L6A4E2). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, Thornhill, ON L4J5Y4).
