We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Gertrud Hanna Liehr of Vaughan, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Strehlow and Frieda Strehlow (Prippnow); and her siblings, Karl and Margarete. She is survived by: her husband Wilfried Liehr; her children, Dorothy Liehr (Ralf Wieser, family: Raymond Wieser, Eleanor Wieser) and Frank Liehr (Pamela Liehr, family: Christina Liehr, Bradley Liehr, Lorraine Peters, Jayden Peters, Logan Allison, Haylee Allison); and her sister-in-law Roselotte Neumann.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Friends of Algonquin Park, the Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, or to the Hesperus Village Garden Program (Land & Business Fund - please specify that donations are towards the Garden Program).
