He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cesar Jara and Luzmila Villavicencio; his children, Alexandra, Russell, Victor and Rosi; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Danielle, Catherine and Christopher. He was also cherished by his many family members and friends.
