She was predeceased by: her parents, Aalbert Torsius and Aaltje van Strieland; her husband Hubertus Overvest; her children, Gerry (Linda) of Cassburn, Kenny (late Sandra) of Cassburn and Alison Bonaldo (Endrio) of Kanata; her grandchildren, Morgan (Justin Uyterlinde), Trisha (Brodey Richardson), Derek (Michaela), Ashley, Andrew, Lindsey, Matthew and Kristina; and her great grandchildren, Hayes and Beckham.
