He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Orr (Kees). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Craig Orr and Cynthia Lynn Trainer (Orr); and his grandchildren, Ryan Garric Orr and Emily Krista Orr.
Donations to the Hawkebury General Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association in memory of Willard would be gratefully appreciated.
