She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney E. Wood; her brother Fred (Nome); and her brothers-in-law, Wallace (Mildred), Ernie (Thelma), Gilbert and Ken (Sybil).

She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Ginette), Jim and Don; her grandchildren, Ryan (Jen), Michael (Clare), Wesley (Jayme), Kevin (Alex), Julie (Matt), Stacey (Dave) and Chrissy (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Riley, Kaylee, Jackson, Charlotte, Emma, Madyson, Emmett, Hanna, Harper and Lukas; her goddaughters, Marilyn and Debbie; and her sister-in-law Carol.

In memory of Ruth a donation to the Cornwall Community Hospital would be appreciated.
