René Vernier Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of René Vernier of Vankleek Hill, Ontario, who passed away on November 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian "Tammy" Vernier and Bella Perreault; his son Denis; and his siblings, Johnny Vernier, Isabel Laniel and Suzanne Laughren.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen Cummings; his daughters, Denyse Vernier-Labelle (Patrick) and Sylvie Lessard (Stephane); his stepson Steve Lalonde (Janie); his grandchildren, Sophy, Vicky, Marc André, Julie-Pierre, Élyssa, Jeremy and Jayden; his great grandchild Willyiam; and his siblings, Cécile Duval (Richard) and George Vernier (Marg).
