He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurent Lacroix and Claire Lacroix; and his siblings, Lise (late Robert Lacombe) and Claude Lacroix (Manon). He is survived by: his wife Marie-Claire; his children, Lovanie McIntosh (Todd) and Marie-Joëlle Côté (Patrick); his grandchildren, Emma McIntosh and Makius Côté; and his siblings, Diane (Michel Laberge) and Michel Lacroix (Mary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In memory of Gilles a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Canada would be appreciated.
