He was predeceased by: his son Brendon; and his siblings, Delbert, Everett, Keith, Merle, Vivian, Joan and Barbara.
He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Barton; his children, Brent (Terri), Bradley (Emily) and Barkley (Chantal); his grandchildren, Calleigh, Ella, Kasem, Loic, Elias, Mika, Mylo, Océane and Freya; and his siblings, Gary (Jean), Shirley Allen (Murray) and Marilyn Lasalle. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
