He was predeceased by: his parents, George LeBlanc and Mary LeBlanc; his daughter Theresa Starkey; and his siblings, Frank, Michael, Pat, Leo and Mathilda.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha (late Land); his nephew Don Porteous; and his siblings, Theresa, Dorothy, Marie, John and Albert. He is also survived by 5 grandsons and 10 great grandchildren.
