He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldege Roy and Albertine "Bertha" Roy; his wife Maria Roy of Val Caron; and his daughter Jeannine Giroux (Gilles) of Hanmer. He is survived by: his children, Monique Cunningham (Mike) of Val Caron, Jocelyne Décosse (Maurice) of Val Caron, Robert Roy (Lucie) of Val Caron, Sylvie Serré (Paul) of Warren and Chantal Jacobson (Kyle) of Markstay; and his sibling Sadly. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
