It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Émile Richard of Val Caron, Ontario, born in Kapuskasing, Ontario, who passed away on August 19, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard and Thérèse Richard (Lapointe). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richard (Vaillancourt); his daughters, Nathalie Richard (Gregory Quirk) and Michelle Richard (James Robinson); his grandchildren, Olivier, Alexandre, Portia and Scarlett; and his siblings, Lucille Salach (Henry), Berry Biederman (late Rick), Juliette Richard, Joseph Richard and Mark Richard (Sibylle Haller). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honour of Roger can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76.
