He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah and Brittney; his grandchildren, Owen and Kylah; his parents, Adeline Pike and Eric Pike; his friend David; and his wife Katherine Milne (Kathie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
In appreciation of David's love for children and his understanding of battling illness he requested that donations be made to The Children's Wish Foundation.
