Josette Merle Billich-Fletcher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josette Merle Billich-Fletcher in Union, Ontario, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Josef Wenzel Billich and Robbie Fletcher; her parents, Doris Beatrice Ebanks and Alvin Radcliffe James; and her siblings, Vernon Radcliffe James of Kingston, Ralston Radcliffe James (Roston) of Kingston, Gerald Talbot James (Gerry) of Toronto and Emrie Carmen James of Mandeville.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Patricia Armel (Ian), Ian Billich (Dorie) and Samuel Billich; and her brothers, Ralph and Alvin James (Vinnie). She is also survived by her three children.
