He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blackman and Dorothy Sinclair; and his brother Raymond Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Mary Caroline Vanmeer; his father-in-law Don Vanmeer; his sister-in-law Jennifer; his nieces, Joanne (late Ignazio) and Tammy (Bill); his great-nieces, Maria (Lyle) and Natasha (Tyler); and his nephews, Tony, Jon, Matt, Shawn, Nick, Julien, Gabriel and Anthony. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
