It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Lucille Theresa Tay (Tweed, Ontario), who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Goreski and Laura Goreski; and her husband Eugene Tay.
