She was predeceased by: her parents, James Heffernan and Mary Heffernan; her husband James Nalty; her daughter Diana Nalty; and her siblings, Jeanetta Heffernan, Sarah Amodeo, James and William Carter.
She is survived by: her friends, Sandra Badgley and Julie Pearson; and her sister-in-law Lynne Carter. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
