He is survived by: his wife Dolores Marie Wannamaker; his children, Kevin (Leanna), Karen (David) and Jeffrey (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Courtney, Carter, Kaitlyn, Drew, Morgan, Cameron, Nolan, Aviana and Ryker.
