She was predeceased by: her parents, Damien Cassidy and Helena Cassidy of Tweed; her sister Carmel Cassidy; her nephew David Cassidy; and also, Hugh and Helen McCracken of Brantford.

She is survived by: her husband James McCracken (Jim); her daughters, Andrée and Mary; her grandchildren, Kyle and Avery; her siblings, Eleanor Whitelock (Ron), Rose Meagher (Dennis), John (Maureen), Marion Nash (Bill) and André (Janet); and also, Elizabeth McElcheran and Rick McCracken (Dyan). She is also survived by 20 nephews and nieces and 30 grand nephews and nieces.
