He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cooper and Mary Cooper (Steinhoff); and his brother David Cooper. He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Cooper (Sandra), Ron Cooper (Jen Balics) and Kathy Pannuto (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
