She is survived by: her husband Michael Kenneth Hood; her children, Lisa Kaye Hood (Richard Dambrosi), Kelly Jean Hood (Phillip Moore), David Michael Hood (Michelle Ouderkirk) and Stephen Joseph Hood; her grandchildren, Ian, Ellie, Theo, Makyla, Adeline and Sophia; her siblings, David Joy (Frances), Bonnie Arsenault (Robert), Dan Joy, Wayne Joy (Lynn) and Susan Payne (Carl Cormier); and her sisters-in-law, Julie Lynn Andrews (Barry) and Linda Ellen Mattice (Wayne).
