He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Bell and Agnes Bell; his spouse Wendy Bell; his child Allison Bell; his grandchild Callum; and his siblings, Fred Bell (Judy), Ralph Bell (Pauline), Doreen Leslie (John) and Linda Allen (Michael).
