He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Caldwell and Geraldine Caldwell; and his brother John. He is survived by: his spouse Ann Caldwell; his children, Jacob Caldwell, Elizabeth Caldwell (Devon Gorman), Kimberly Currie (Dave) and Kelly Pinkerton (Alex); his grandchildren, Aiden, Tanner, Katie and Owen; his parents-in-law, Jim Harrison and Jane Harrison; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Harrison and Janie Harrison; and his siblings, Don, Ted, Tom, Steve, Jane and Marty.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to JDRF Canada "Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation" or a charity of choice.
