He was predeceased by: his parent Myron "Hank"; his stepparent Shirley Phillips; and his siblings, Bradley and Cathy. He is survived by: his parent Arlene Phillips; his children, Kristen Phillips, Scott Hayes, Taylor, Troy, Tucker, Tanner, Trent and Maddy; and his siblings, George Phillips and David Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation, Toronto would be appreciated by the family.
