He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Kell; and his parents-in-law, Ted Walsh and Frances Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Kell (Nee Walsh); his grandchildren, Benjamin Courtney (Kayla), Erin Courtney (Braedon), Cody Kell (Stephanie), Kelsey Pisczek (Owen), Colton Kemp (Samantha), Christy Kemp and Brigham Kemp; his siblings, Jean Hore (late Ray), Sheila Allison (late Dave), Bryan Kell (Nancy) and Ann McPherson (Gary); and also, Angela Kell (Terry), Richard Kell (Shirley) and Vicki Kell (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
