He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth Miller; and his siblings, Gordon and Margaret. He is survived by: his children, Lezlie Miller, Raymond Williams, Carl Williams (Kim) and Kim Williams (Brandon McLean); his grandchildren, Jehane, Alia, Kaitlin, Felicia, Jessica, Craig, Dakoda and Aidan; his great grandchildren, Flynn, Vaughn and Archie; and his sister Marilyn Smith.
