He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn (Jim), Heather (David) and Denise (Mike); his siblings, Dale (Janet), Elton, Floyde and Howard; his sister-in-law Deborah; and his in-laws, RoseAnne, Connie and Jim (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
