He is survived by: his wife Victoria (Ingram); his daughters, Suzette, Patricia and Deborah; his sisters, Emma Sonior, Delina MacLean, Levina Mosthaf of Florida, USA and Jan Bokros of Trenton; and his parents, Colin Milligan and Jean Milligan. He is also survived by many nieces & nephew.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
